To qualify for a deadline, you must submit the online application form by 11:59PM eastern time on the deadline. All supporting materials must also be received by the deadline.

In addition to the online application, there are supplemental materials that must be sent via mail, email or fax using the contact information below. Summer Law Fellowship applicants must submit an official transcript and letter of recommendation. Please view the application check list below for detailed instructions.

All law students in good standing from an ABA accredited law school are eligible to apply to the Summer Legal Fellowship.
Competitive candidates will have a strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, demonstrated interest in the principles of originalism, limited government and free enterprise, and commitment to honorable leadership and the values essential to the preservation and success of a free society.
All participants must view and sign The Fund for American Studies program policies upon enrollment. This includes the Attendance Agreement that is included in the online enrollment form as well as a code of conduct agreement upon their arrival.
