LIVE IN THE HEART OF Washington, DC

Students live in apartment-style housing located on the University’s campus. Georgetown is minutes away from many cultural attractions and features convenient to the Metrorail and Metrobus systems. Students enjoy the lively atmosphere of Washington, DC in the summer months due to the influx of interns from all over the country. Capital Semester students experience the world-famous Cherry Blossom Festival in the spring and the thrill and excitement of the DC environment each fall.

JOIN OUR ALUMNI NETWORK

Over 7,000 students have graduated from our programs, and they give back! Our alumni network provides an excellent resource for our students to make solid contacts for their future. Our alumni affairs office coordinates events throughout the year, including a reunion weekend each summer. Alumni are involved with students as Intern Sponsors, participants in the Alumni Mentoring Program, and as speakers at events.

OVER $800,000 IN SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE ANNUALLY

A factor that continually sets Live. Learn. Intern. apart from the competition is the amount of financial aid annually alloted to our students. Our mission is to bring the brightest college students here every summer, regardless of their financial ability to participate. Last summer, approximately 75% of our students received an average of $2,000- $3,000 in scholarship funds toward the cost of the program.
