Site briefings are arranged each summer for LSI students to experience places of power in Washington, D.C. and hear from top policy advisors and legal professionals.
Past site briefings include:
- U.S. Supreme Court – Briefed by Justice Antonin Scalia
- D.C. Office of Administrative Hearings – Briefed by Judge Caryn Hines
- U.S. Court of Appeals, D.C. Circuit – Briefed by Judge Doug Ginsburg

- The Heritage Foundation – Briefed by Todd Gaziano
LSI students also have the opportunity to meet with established professionals who host meetings at a variety of organizations around Washington. These gatherings provide students the chance for personal interaction with people in their respective field, to network and to receive career advice.
