ACADEMICS

Overview

The Institute is an intense academic program with dynamic classroom discussion, reading assignments and exams. Students are required to attend all class sessions, lectures and briefings. Students will earn six or nine credit hours from Georgetown University upon successful completion of the Institute.

Students get to see both in the classroom and in the office, how important it is to learn about the interaction between business and government

The curriculum is comprised of the following three courses:

Business, Government and Public Policy (3 credits) MGMT-265

Power and Values in Organizations

(3 credits) IDST-310

Lobbying Internship Seminar

Optional Course
(3 credits) GOVT-241

Classes are approximately ten hours a week.
