ABOUTHistory
The Fund for American Studies has been operating summer institutes in partnership with Georgetown University to develop the future leaders of the world for over 35 years. In the spring of 2003, Capital Semester was established to offer student leaders the opportunity to study during the fall or spring semesters.
The Capital Semester program is one of five different "Live. Learn. Intern." programs held in Washington D.C. that combine hands-on professional experience, academic learning, and exclusive briefings all to provide college students with an unparalleled experience in the nation's capital.
